Solarh2e had the privilege of hosting a SANY Group senior executive who visited Melbourne recently. The visit was to approve a joint investment, together with Solarh2e, for a full demonstration of the SANY ‘whole of system’ solution for the electrification and decarbonisation of heavy haulage in Australia. The trip included an aerial overview of the Linfox Laverton logistics hub and a site visit to the Australian Automotive Research Centre (AARC), which is the largest privately owned and independently operated automotive testing facility in Australia.
Solarh2e is currently assessing several regional sites for the eventual establishment of battery swap and charging station for HBEVs, to support our Melbourne to Sydney swap station infrastructure. SANY battery swap innovation enables an electric truck to swap its depleted battery for a fully charged battery in under 6 minutes, far faster than fixed charging points.
